Where does my order ship from? JarvisLabs fulfills orders through international warehouse partners. Your order ships from an overseas facility and arrives within 7 to 9 business days.
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Use the link in your email or visit the carrier's website to track your package.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal? Yes. International shipments often have gaps in tracking updates while in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, contact us.
Can I use essential oils in the Rain Cloud Humidifier? Yes. Add a few drops to the water tank. Use water-soluble essential oils for best results.
Is it safe to run overnight? Yes. The Rain Cloud operates at under 35dB and has an auto-shutoff when the water tank is empty.
What if my item arrives damaged? Email us at Jarvislabs.official@gmail.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How do I return something? Email us first. Do not send anything back without contacting us. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Do you offer discounts for multiple units? Not currently, but we do have early access offers for subscribers. Join our list at the bottom of the homepage.
