Return Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return: Email Jarvislabs.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will cover all costs to make it right.

Non-returnable situations: Items returned after 30 days, items showing clear signs of use, or items returned without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund.
